E..its none of the above...in a patient without any history suggetsive of bleeding disorder..detailed history taking (including h/o drug intake like aspirin coumarin etc)and physical examination suffice.

aditi you got it right!!. History and physicsal is the best predictor. It is even more reliable than lab tests.
