  hi guys ...sorry.. was away from the computer.. anyway the answer is BRAIN as sage picked it up right but may not have the right explanation... the reason is simply because brain has no lymphatic vessels and so the alloantigens of the graft/transplant r not able to sensitize the recipients' lymphocytes. funny enuf is the very idea of a "brain transplant" but the underlying concept is a reality and cud very well be tested!!! other organs which r immunoprivileged r uterus, testes, thymus and ofcourse cornea. hope this helps! i just missed tshu.... got it right good luck
