Pericardial tamponade---?
tension pneumothorax-?

  tension pneumothorax - tachypnea + deviation of mediastinum(if large) + hyper resonant node
pericardial tamponade - muffled HS

raised JVP in the above 2 wheras the JVP is not raised in hypolumic shock

think need to add smthin more in pt

  1)it s cvp ...which is low in hypovol shock and high in other two
2)Resp distress seen in Tension pneumo n not seen in pericardial symptoms

n plus what yu ve said for tension n peri symoptoms...

  Hypovolumic shock---dec pcwp,dec BP , Inc HR,clammy extremities
Pericardial tamponade---dec Bp,tacycardia,inc JVP,muffled heart sound
tension pneumothorax----dec Bp ,tachycardia ,inc JVP,abscent breath sounds in affected side
