tell them that u have studied their website and are interested in their educational activities(continue med edu/conference etc)
2-what u expect to see?
tell them that you come from a different hospital/country and u wish to understand and observe the US healthcare system and u expect to see the latest developments in medicine and want to be familiar with latest techniques etc.
