	they said they wont sent out IVs b4 nov 1. did they just change their policy? i applied and have not heard anything from them.

	thankyou.I had an prescreening interview thru telephone with one of the resident,and I was informed tht they will offer an interview based on resident evaluation. dint hear any thing till now.
