Can anybody please explained me in detail about the terms "Moonlighting" & "Night float system". I really have no idea about this terminology. |

moonlighting is that you use your spare time to earn extra money.
Night float system is a team that covers the night shift wherever they are needed, they make it possible for the regular shift residents reduce their time in hospital. |
