The correct answer is B

Carcinoma is a a malignancy of a tissue of epithelial origin. A neoplasm of embryonic cells (choice a) would be implied by blastoma, such as retinoblastoma. A malignancy of a tissue of mesenchymal origin (choice c) is a sarcoma.A malignancy of white blood cells (choice d) is called a leukemia. A malignancy of the immune system (choice e) is a lymphoma.
