hey i found this article online it seems helpful .. its a little in detail but it might help u out on the questin u asked.. basically states that the earlier u start the better .. but then again u have to weigh benefits vs the adverse affects .. because the goal of the treatment isnt just to raise the cd4 count but to improve the quality of life and prolong it. iwonder if this might help u .
