(C) life-threatening hemorrhage is most often localized to the retroperitoneum
(D) splenic rupture, kidney injury, and liver laceration are the most common
intraabdominal injuries
(E) the Kleihauer-Betke assay is recommended

  I think is B, I have a friend who had a pelvic fracture and she had her baby for vaginal delivery.
