photophobia: sually meningitis or meningeal irritation

raccoon sign : basilar # of skull
this one is most likely to reselt from trauma...why is pt aggressive...that implies fronto/emporal changes??

lucid interval : epidural hematoma

optic atrophy : many causes, local/metabolic

enlarged sella :???????? empty sella ?
