with oral contraceptive use no ovualtion--so no corpus letum cyst

  ok got it.that what i was wondering teratoma cannot be associated with OCP.
i think the correct answer of this question can only be given by looking at the pic.

In the photo, you can find hairs, so it's Benign cystic teratoma.
