  An otherwise healthy 19yr old woman comes to the physician bcoz of 3 day hx of intermittent facial blemishes. She drinks wine occasionally on weekends. She takes no medications. Exam shows multiple 1-2mm red and white papules and larger red nodules at the forehead and cheeks. Most approp tx is
