  sowmya , sorry for being late here is the answer, actually these are mix Kaplan and UW question, but UW defined it more precisely so I rephrased these Question for your benefit, message is if you see a pt with history of ADPKD as in Q 1, pick "C" while sceniario talks about known pt of ADPKD and having chronic renal problem and specifically asking about that pt as in Q 2, the answer would be "B", but generally speaking hepatic cysts have higher frequency than any other.
high, hypertension is not extrarenal problem in pts with ADPKD, it is manifestation of renal involvement, and is the First best screening measure (by checking BP every, I beleive 3 months) in pts with strong family history of ADPKD but otherwise a-symptomatic, and once diagnosed hypertension ACE I's are the DOC.

Nephrolithiasis 20%,Hypertension 50%,Wills circle aneurysm 10-15 %,Mitral valve prolaplse is 25%.
