4.diabetes

1- endothelial cell injury due to hypertension, smke tobaco, homocystein, LDL
2-fibrous cap(plaque): smooth muscle, foam cell, inflamatory cells, extracellular matrix
C-active-Protein increase in disrupted plaque, may lead to throbosis and MI
C-active -Protein is excell marker of fibrous cap
3-sites: abdomi aorta, coro, popliteal, internal carotid art
MC site: abdominal aorta
4- Hyaline arterioloc: protein deposited
associate condition : diabetes mellitus, hypertension
onion skin: hyperplastic arteoloslerosis/malignant
