Hello everyboby, just came from day 1 of step3.
as usual the exam is vague, with lots of ethics and miscellaneous questions, had 5-6 EKGs and about 6-7 dermat pictures also about 10 x-rays [chest, abd, ankle and foot]
had a lot of cardiology with very few gyn-obs questions. had 5 office blocks and 2 ER blocks. office blocks ended on time, er blocks questions were lengthy with many ekgs so had to rush up for the last 3-4 questions.
Finally the exam is doable in case you study well your kaplan step2CK notes and go thru UW questions.
