Hi,
I am doing internship in mount sinai hospital in miami .
I have rented two bedroom apt in collins avenue in miami beach area.
The lovely two bedroom condo is located on 54th street and Collins Avenue on famous MILLONAIRE'S ROW. This is an oceanfront building that has a private access to the beach. This condo has an oceanview and is beautifully decorated. We are five minutes from south beach and Lincoln Road Mall. We are also very near to Bal Harbour and many exquisite and famous restaurants.
I am looking for a female roommate to share the apt.
The rent will be 700$ per month ,not negotiable .To move need one month deposit and first month rent .
