58 year old hispanic female presents complaining of vaginal bleeding. She describes a feeling of fullness in the pelvic area. Feeling worse in the evening and while standing. Feeling of fullness relieved while lying down. She osteoporois, degenerative joint disese in both knees and borderline hypertension. She has had 3 NSVD's @ 30, 32 36 years old. She is menopausal for 6 years. On PE you notice an ulcerated bleeding mass at the introitus. Mass protrudes throught the vaginal orifice upon bearing down. Which the most appropriate next step in management of this patient?
1. Endometrlal biopsy
