  Good Morning!
Thank you for your interest in the training programs in Neurology offered here at Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center!
We are in receipt of your application to our Adult Neurology Residency Program to begin AY 2010. The residency applicant committee is currently reviewing your application, and I anticipate contacting you shortly regarding their decision for interviews.
As you are already aware, we are primarily interested in training residents who have a particular desire to become leaders in their field. Our programs have a strong emphasis on laboratory experience, productivity and on the accumulation of decision-making skills. We offer flexibility built into our programs to allow the successful applicant a role in shaping their residency. For additional details about our residency programs, check out our website at http://www.stjosephs-phx.org and look under Academic Affairs. To learn more about BNI's research, check out http://quarterly.thebarrow.com/.
Please let me know if you have any further questions, and I look forward to speaking with you soon!
