yes, do tell them that you accepted a prematch, I can give you an example..
Dear....PC..
my name is ...... an aamc # is ........ I was scheduled for an interview on ............
I was honored by your invitation but please CANCEL my interview on ........ as I already accepted a prematch offer from another hospital, I hope I did not cause you any inconvenience, I thought letting you know ahead of time can give you a chance to look for another candidate...

By the way, I cancelling metropolitan in NY, William Beaumont, MI; Mercer, GA ...ALL PEDIATRICS
Another q: if I never subscribe myself for the match, do I have to do it and then withdraw from it? even after accepting the prematch?
