How we differentiate between inIntravascular and extravascular hemolysis?
For example
increased urine hemosidrin in intavascular hemolysis

Spherocytosis is extravascular hemolysis
What are other clues?

You should read Goljan's book because there is a lot to explain about the differences and is very important for the exam.

I agree with smoke. Look at RR goljan and summerize his points in a flow-chart. That's what i do to understand blood stuff.
