  Have step 1 n cs, ck for sept and result in oct....
Some say apply sept 1 with wat u have. Some say apply wen result is complete ie in oct cos if u apply early programs would send u rejection letters cos u dont meet their criteria(incomplete result).
Anyone in same shoes? What do u plan to do? Am confused, i nid to decide wat to do so i can face my studies 4 ck.

  no point applying on sep 1 due to incomplete application unless you are US citizen or GC IMG (worth trying in that case). On the other hand applying in late October would not fetch you many ivs if score is low. If scores are great, go for it in Sep otherwise, wait until your result. Your best shot would be for next year though if you need visa and scores are not stellar. GL
