Does any one know the phone number or contact details of the person in delhi for Sattement of Need.
My father will be going on my behalf to get this letter. Is it okay? or I have to be there physically ?
Also the Letter is to be addressed to whom ?

Hi Guys,
I contacted Nirman Bhawan with a copy of offer letter and the rest of the documents, they said they need signed CONTRACT also. did anyone face the same problem? can we get the Statement of Need only when we have both? has anyone got the SON only after submitting the offer-letter, please guide....
