  A 19 years old man is brought to the emergency department after hitting his head whith pavement when he fell off his motorcycle. An mri of his head shows a transection of the pituitary stalk. Which of the following patterns best describe the secretion of pituitary hormones in this patient?
The answer is: ACTH, FSH, GH, PROLACTIN, TSH all down.

Why prolactin is down?
Someone explain this, please.

All down but Prolactin increased cz of dopamine inhibition is cut off.
