  Could you please explain:

1. What type of hypersensitivity?
2. What is the pathologic features in case of renal transplant? for eg. fibrinoid necrosis, CD4+ infiltrate, etc....

Also if possible for acute, and chronic rejections.

  Thanks guys; the article was specially helpful.

However, according to the article, it seems hyperacute rejection is type III, due to Ag-Ab and complement and coagulation activation.

  hyperacute is type II(preformed antibody)
acute is type IV ( t cell cytotoxic)
