21 man, wristdrop after fracture of the upper arm associated with
extensive tissue damage. The fracture was reduced successfully and the
neds of vessels and damaged nerves were apposed and surgically rejoined.
despite physical therapy, the extensor muscles have a decreased volume and
can contract only weakly. wound healing and flexion are good. the most
likely cause of this condition is abnormal function of which of the
following?

1.circulation
2.glucose transporters
3.lymphatic drainage
4.neurotrophic input
5.tendon stretch receptors

How to tell the difference between circulation and neurotrophic input, both of which can induce muscle weakness and dysfunction

thanks

you can easily rejoin blood vessel and it regrows itself ,but nerve fiber can not be rejoined, and make it to function normally.
