is seen as a pathology in both PCO and DUB. but in one there is amenorrhea or oligomennorhea and in other there is menometrorhagia.. why is that.. anyone please throw light upon this .. |

To my understanding DUB is a spectrum of cond that include causes leading to abnormal vaginal bleeding. it could be hormonal eg PCO , hyperprolactineamia result in amenorrhea or oligomenoorhea or hypothroidisim leading to menorrhagia or could be anatomical eg leiomyoma. |
