i know this much and if someone can add;

Rett--more in females, will accour after 2 years of normal development, same features as autism

autism---may start at birth, stereotypical behavior, language impairment

asperger synd--occurs after 6 months of normal develepment...NO LANGUAGE IMPAIRMENT, but everything else that is in autism will be present.

  Autism: Severe communication problems and difficulty in forming relationships. Below the normal intelligence..

Asperger syndrome milder form of autism..may have normal intelligence, but they have some repetitive behaviour.. lack verbal or cognitive deficit..
Its ex. is role performed by Shahrukh Khan in My name is Khan hindi movie.. Easy to remember..

Rett syndrome: X linked, male fetus die in intrauterine life, they r not viable, seen mainly in females.. associated with loss of development and mental retardation, sterotyed hand wringing..
