  A is correct answer.
Alzheimers dementia is most common dementia in US.Early signs include visuospatial deficit and problems with anterograde memory. More behavioural and personlaity changes occur later.

With lewy body dementia, hallucinations , alteration in alertness,nd extrapyramidal signs occur first and later memory impairment.

With NPH,pt has urinary incontinence, memory impairment and gait is shuffling and wide based. No tremors

Wet, urinary incontinence
Wacky memory impairmen
and Wobbly gait is shuffling and wide based
