Most programs filter out by need of visa or no United States Clinical Experience. Some want at least One year of United States Clinical Experience. This is according to the program director at my hospital and a couple of other hospitals. But things like research and observeships are taking in to account also. They dont look at just grades. Its the whole package. Maybe the one with a 220 did research and had amazing letters. Good luck to all and god bless!! Hope everyone matches to the program they desire. |
