i have 3 months hands on clinical experience (2 of them in hospital-one in out patient clinic with faculty doc), graduated in 2007 (ranked 3RD on my class with excellent grade)
ICU experience in home country . |

step 1 241/99 step 2 256/99, now i am preparing for step 3.
i have 3 months (clerkship) hands on clinical experience in IM in USA (2 of them in hospital-one in out patient clinic with faculty doc), graduated in 2007 (ranked 3RD on my class with excellent grade), i already have 2 lor from American Doc ,and one upon request,
ICU experience in home country .
i applied to 80 programs by 3-4 lor ( 2 from here and one from my country)
so what do you think guys? |

believe me or not; i have SAME credentials with you and didnt match last year with applying 65 programs, only 2 interviews, this year applying to 95 programs.Nothing is guarenteed.My all friends matched with between 90-95 scores. |

what the hell is wrong with you guys, why u discouraging that poor soul
he struggled soo hard and came this far, he is just a couple of IVs from his dream residency, so Mr.Good luck dont loose heart and stay positive, u do have a very good chance but dont forget to prepare really well for what ever IV calls u get

i remember how u were dreaming of top notch university programs last year and probably the 65 programs u applied to were only top 65 university programs of US, still u lucky that u got 2 calls o/w these programs are only for american grads with stellar credentials |
