Hey guys last year i got a bunch of interviews.I found out that interview is the most important part to match .once you are invited you are the same as any applicant invited its the interview which is going to decide .So lets sincerely make a thread to answer various questions.

i m interested in doing the interview discussion too. but isnt it better to do it on skype rather than on forum.it will be very hard to give feedback on forum.
