	hi I got IV dates...biut havent scheduled it yet as i am yet to give step 3. plz advice. I need to know if they interview candidates who havent appeared for step 3yet. I have sent them an email....but need to know from someone who knows anyone in this situation. Plz help... Thanks

	i too sent an e mail to schedule IV but they did not reply back yet, i am in the same boat step 3 problem,
