  In Hepatitis B , If varioload is 800U, alfafetoprotine negative ,fatige headache ,weight loss
liver enzime normal, does it mean the liver started to be damaged , and may be the varioload will be increased..... I am still studing for usmle and i am confused and nervous about it. Please reply

but if its more than 10,000 or with increased LFTs than start Tx as it is damaging now & very infectious
