nope..... its very well kept... the house maid does a good job besides cooking very good food..... but ye... the owner plans to accomadate 4 ... right now.. i am the only one.....there r 3 empty beds ... i pay 400 including for the food .... the owner might demand for 600 , u should just try to bargain.... i feel its not bad for 400 especially considering the food thing ..... |

be careful! I think this is the same lady who gave my Indian roommate a really hard time. There's another such lady (Indian i think...) room-pimp in BayRidge, Brooklyn near 5th Ave who gets her poor tenant girls to advertise for her. The place is a trashcan. I have heard horror stories about such places. DO your research before you make a commitment! |
