  endurance exercise increases mitochondria.
amt of actin and no. of myocytes will not change..

Wt lifting is a "Resistance Exercise"

-D would be correct in case of "Endurance Exercise" (e.g. Long distance runners) as mentioned by
dingara.

quadriceps muscle is red type-slow twitching type for posture,,increasing mitochondria yes,but no hypertrophy

  B is correct. see kaplan pp159(2008).there is hypertrophy of muscles,but no hyperplasia(increase no of muscle cells).

Resistance Exercise (wt. lifting) : ↑ actin

is this correct?
