  D is definetly not the answer bec thats what i put and got it wrong.
The only thing I can think of is that A could be the rate limiting enz, and intermediate 5 feeds back negatively on it. ..kind of like how citrate in the TCA cycle feeds back negatively on PFK-1.
Agree? or disagree?
