they are just a little mad at you coz u didnt mark the NBME question :)

First question

its Digoxin ... remember in Digoxin toxicity , we use anti-Fab fragments for digitalis

thats wht they meant by immunological strategy

Second

the question is basicly asking , which cells are rapidly dividing , which is the GI cells , they are constatly being replaced
