Well, by law you can't leave Pakistan for overseas employment unless you have this done. Not many people know or do this and still have no problem in leaving Pakistan. It all cones down to the immigration officer, if he wants to mess with you, he can stop you from exiting Pakistan because of this.
I am still gathering information though. |
