  A 38 year old male walks into a clinic complaining of 5 3 kg weight loss in the last 2 week regardless of having an increased appetite. Pt also states that he has a pounding sensation in his chest at times and that he feels hot even when everyone else around him feels normal since the past few weeks. He also complains of joint pain. pt have hyperthyrodism.....and ibuprofen can displace more free hormon from binding site...
