  A 26-year-old man is brought to the emergency department by ambulance 30 minutes after being shot in the leg. He is unconscious and appears markedly pale. His pulse is 120/min, respirations are 16/min, and blood pressure is 80/60 mm Hg. Compared with a healthy adult, what changes r seen in the following:
Arterial Baroreceptor Firing Rate
Systemic Vascular Resistance
Pulmonary Vascular Resistance
systemic Capillary Fluid Transfer
filtration or absorption

  Baroreceptors sensitive to the rate of P change ( steady or mean ) -> at a given MAP DEC PP systolic - diastolic P) firing rate DEC.Arterial P Dec-> Dec baroreceptor try to INC sympathic and Dec vagal-> in turn try INC SVR & INC CO. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ? When capillary hydrostatic P↓, less fluid leaves the capillaries, & bz P falls sufficiently the pat go shot -> RT that cz net reabsorption of fluid from tissue interstitium -> capillary plasma.
Arterial Baroreceptor Firing Rate↓
Systemic Vascular Resistance↑
Pulmonary Vascular Resistance↑
systemic Capillary Fluid Transfer-> absorption
