  When they say Early neonatal sepsis and late neonatal sepsis, are they taking about RIGHT AFTER the delivery within 24hrs the neonate gets sepsis?

  Early; occur w/in few hrs to days (less than 7d) of birth. Late; occur the day 7 to 3 mons of life.
