Hi guys,
I'm trying to loop my head around the function of the Giemsa stain. It seems all-encompassing... staining both DNA and cytosol. It stains a wide variety of bacteria as well. Too wide for me to tell how I'd be able to apply it clinically. Can anyone help me understand how to grasp this concept for the Step 1?
