Most programs use filters in ERAS - depending on the specialty, she may be filtered out with her scores and YOG.

There are chances but the ATTEMPT is a RED FLAG! Green Card is a Green Flag though.
Don't give up and do your best!

Largely depends on connections. In community hospitals, I have seen people getting matched with similar profile, with connections.

She will be having chances of getting matched, attempts will be a problem for the application.

But try to get hands-on rotations and get connections which will help the application to get matched.
