  Hi guys
I have a question. Does physician assistant course help in getting residency is it worth spending 2 to 3 years on it?Does it make my CV strong for residency application.?guys please give me your true, clear and unbiased advice to help me explore right option for residency.

Its a good backup option, if clinical medicine is what you genuinely want to do. If you work at a ACGME program as a PA student or post graduations, it can certainly helps to build connections. There are no guarantees, and huge amount of students loans, but PA makes as much as a FM physicians, may be more if you are in anesthesia, surgery, or psychiatry.

Its better to find research, externship at a ACGME program and put time there.
