If you learn the following, you should be good to go:

1. Atrial rhythms:
- Sinus rhythm
- Atrial fibrillation
- Atrial flutter
- SVT

2. Ventricular rhythm:
- Ventricular tachycardia (monomorphic and polymorphic)
- Ventricular fibrillation

3. AV blocks:
- First degree AV block
- Second degree AV block Mobitz 1 (Wenckebach)
- Second degree AV block Mobitz 2
- Third degree AV block (or complete heart block)

You can use the website below:

If you want books, consider the below (I guess all are available online):
- Dale Dubin's Rapid Interpretation of EKG's (if you are at basics)
- Making sense of the ECG (more advanced level, suitable for medical students and residents)
- Making sense of the ECG - cases for self-assessment (more advanced level, suitable for medical students and residents)

Hope this helps :)

For AV blocks , my favorite video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FgvGblW1rKA. Easy and interesting!
