I was wondering how do we get into this job?
What study do we need to do and which exam do we need to give to get into it?
What is the fee course?
How long is the course?

One of their application requirement is to clear the JRE. Different universities have different criteria for the JRE score.
As a foreign grad, you might be asked to have the TOEFFL score too by some not all Universities. Toeffl score remain valid for 2 yrs once taken.

You will have to apply to different universities to be accepted. The admission into the PA school is highly competitive.
You can use Magosh to prepare for the GRE to score high. I am not promoting Magosh. I am trying to help you. At some point in my life, I also used Magosh to clear the GRE. but something else worked for me so I did not have to take the GRE.
You can also become a DO by typing Immigre physician in google.

Their admission is also highly competitive.

That DO program is a great suggestion. It should be mentioned that the program requires the applicant to be a US citizen/Permanent Resident. They do not accept visa holders.

"Must be born outside the U.S. and be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident at the time of application (Green Card should expire after graduation date). Visa holders are not eligible to apply."

  True!
But the admission is highly competitive. They have only 35 seats.
