Out of 3 US LOR it is always good to have atleast one LOR which you have waived the right to see. Rest its upto you and the author.

Out of 3 LORs, atleast one LOR should be waived - right to see. Dear friend every point is counted. So work hard and impress your letter writer so that he/she writes good about you even without your knowledge.
