shigatox22, I understand what you mean. I just want to say again that in HTN - increase of afterload happens much more earlier that LV hypertrophy as a need to eject blood into systemic circulation where BP high . And this situation will develop into LVH (where afteload will continue
to be high due to BP in systemic curculation has been high and not because of LVH by itself.

lanna yes i kno LVh as a entity of its own does not directly cause increase afterload but the question does not outline direct increase in afterload or indirect so its irrealavent


but i would say the best choice is pumon stenosis since it DIRECTLY affects RV afterload as does aortic stenosis which DIRECTLY affects LV afterload


anyway im over this question lol
