Hi guys i really need your help on this.
I checked my ADTS - and my LORS were received 23 and downloaded 24. Is being downloaded similar to being scanned? im confused because the date of recieve and downloaded are just less than 24 hours. I need your inputs, PLEASE.

Did you check on ecfmg what date are they scanning?

Both scanning and download cannot be same. It is clear cut error. The protocol is 1st ECFMG receives it and then it scans it which normally takes 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Now, if you have assigned to programs the same particular LOR then it will show for in dark bold black for download and once the program download it then it becomes light gray in color. Still if you have doubt then call ECFMG (not ERAS) during early hours. GL.
