Doc_rv,

i scheduled mine kanina. All dates are available Monday to Thursday. Except May 26. The rest are available. No need to panic. Smile Even in June, available lahat ng dates Mon - Thurs. I dont think they conduct interviews on fridays. Hope this helps.

Cholangitis,

as ive written above, ALL days in May are vacant except may 26 and fridays (thats as of yesterday).I 129 and I 797 will come from USCIS, will in turn be sent to your lawyer, and in turn will be sent to you. Allow a few days for mailing. It would be best to find out when they filed it, para u can start counting 15 days (or less) from that date.

As for the embassy, I think it takes 5 - 7 business days before u receive your passport with visa stamp c/o Delbros.

Ako rin June 16 ang start ng orientation, but I might miss it since I might follow that 10 day ek ek rule as advised pa rin ng lawyer. I have a June 30 official start date kasi. At least pag umalis ng June 20th, hindi na ako mag iisip ng hassle na sasalubong sa akin sa port of entry. Hopefully it's one of those stress-free relaxed flight. I think it's gonna be a never-ending debate about that 10 day rule.

@cholangitis

Yep you can do it in Cebu. I'm actually in the Visayas too right now, although not in Cebu. I'm doing all of mine in our regional POEA center and local Philhealth office.

Just remember to call your local POEA to ask about your local clinics to have yourself clearned.

@bodypump

Ako rin ganyan ang problem, I will be arriving 11 days before, kasi nabili ko na ticket. I'm just praying 1 day will be just fine.. Hay!

For me,

1. What is the purpose of your trip?
2. How did you find out about this residency?
3. How high was this on your list?
4. What specialty will you be training in?
5. That's good we need primary care mds right now. Good luck!

TAPOS!

I'm thankful I guess I got a nicer consul.
